According to many suggestions from my students referred to “How to set up Windows 7 via USB Flash Drive” and today I take time to write this article, showing you how to set up Windows 7 without DVD. For example, you can use this method in the case that any notebook doesn’t have DVD-Rom Drive and you don’t want to use External DVD Drive as well. So let’s do it !
2- Install Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool. Download here
3- I think you have completed installation of both application above. So now, start look at the following instruction :
=> I have already made Windows 7 image file .ISO
=> Right-click on Windows 7 image file .ISO and open with PowerISO or you just double-click on it.

=> You’ll see PowerISO application window and click on File menu -> Image properties
=> Dialog box Image Properties appears -> Click General tab -> Tick UDF -> OK
=> Now, close PowerISO and open Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool -> Click Browse to find your Win7 ISO File -> Next=> Click USB Device
=> Plug your USB Flash Key, I recommend you should have USB Flash Key more than 4GB
=> Wait until it completes copying files to your USB Flash Key -> Try reboot your computer to see the result.
*Note you enter CMOS and choose USB drive to let your computer boots from it.
I hope this tiny tutorial can help you to ease your Windows 7 installation without DVD
